M & L for Green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade

M&L for Granite (of any type) work slab 20-25 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, wash basin platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs such as steps, wash basin platefrom and other similar situations complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for provn of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below the GL) with top edge not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected with galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr beyond the earth plates electrode and also the cost of the Test point. (ii) Joining of GI earth wire with pipe of the test point shall be done by using suitable cable lugs.
