Lump sum for Inspection, repair, servicing and testing of 20 Ton EOT crane in Compressor bay as per scope of work.
Lump sum for Inspection, repair, servicing and testing of 10 Ton EOT crane in Compressor bay and in PGR plant as per scope of work.
Replacement of rail track clamps includes removal of old corroded clamps and welding of new clamps
Supervision Charges for normal working hours (From 9:00am to 6:00pm inclusive of Sunday and holiday) during operation of the 20/10 ton EOT cranes as per plant requirement.
Supervision Charges for OT hours i.e. working after 6:00 pm to 9:00am during operation of the 20/10 ton EOT cranes as per plant requirement.
Supply and installation of spares required for repair of cranes. (Charges of installation of these spares are inclusive in item rate. No separate charges for replacement of these spare shall be given)
Complete brake unit for drum size OD 300mm consisting of break shoe, liner, bracket, flameproof thruster assembly & its rivets & fasteners.
Complete brake unit for drum size OD 200mm consisting of break shoe, liner, bracket, flameproof thruster assembly & its rivets & fasteners.
