Manpower services provided for Computer operator or DEO offered and done by engaging minimum 38Nos for at least one year during the last five years and performance certificate issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Registration of firm / establishment under Labour Dept., GoK applicable to supply of manpower of minimum 19nos

Registration of firm /establishment under ESIC witha valid employer code

Registration of firm /establishment under EPFOwith a valid establishment ID

Valid GST and PAN certificates

Annual turnover certificate in providing manpower services, Balance Sheet and IT Return of minimum 5 years. The Annual Turnover of any two years in the past 5 rolling years shall have a minimum of Rs. 129 lakhs

Shall Produce Line of Credit of Rs. 31.5 Lakhs. Unconditional Credit line or letters of credit certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc In the prescribed format

Bidder should enclose the Notarized affidavit of willing topay 3 months salary to the labours(If the organization delayed to pay the bill)
