REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, DRAINS ETC AT CERTAIN PLACES AT DGRE RDC MANALI

M&L for cleaning of sewer lines (removal of blockage between two manholes) of various sizes for sewage by any means of rodding etc (manually) and flushing with water including removing rugs of any type, dirt, foreign matter etc and removing out side of MOD land complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing man holes of any size upto 1.5 Mtr depth by removing the sludge/foul by any means & removing the sludge and deposited where directed and flushing the man holes with clear water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item No. 01 & 02 :- (i) The rates quoted in the above items includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos etc complete. (ii) The lines /manholes measured once, can not measured again within 3 months. If blockage re-occurs within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra on this account .

Taking out solid content from sump/septic tank and sewage lines either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid/solid content out of the MoD Area and covering with layer of earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge

Cleaning of existing covered / uncovered (partly / semi or fully filled up) drain, of any opening width and depth by removing and re-fixing of cover-slab (wherever applicable) taking out accumulated silt, mud, earth, rubbish, vegetation etc from the drain and removing the same at a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1 Kilometre where directed, washing of the drain with water complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the garbage bins any capacity by removingwet and dry garbage etc. by any means and removing outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of floor traps by any means and removing the sludge out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of gully traps by any means and removing the sludge out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Cleaning urinals by any means and removing blockage and removing sludge/silt out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning wash hand basin/sink by any means and removing blockage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning Water Closet (Orissa pattern/EWC) by any means and removing blockage and removing sludge/silt out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 32mm dia PVC waste pipe all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up SGSW drain pipes 150mm dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates incl packing under and haunching against the sides for 150mm internal dia PVC pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified (thickness of concrete bed 100mm).complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints 160 mm dia laid in trenches of fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks staright or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks' old size brick straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron/pvc pipes 75/100mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F in repair framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barried iron doors ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railing framedwork of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde E-165 complete.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as directed bg engr in charge

S&F machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paves) of 60mm thick with 6mm top layers of colour rubrised ante abrasive material laid over sand cushion . The interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand .

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring benching to drain, coping, etc and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds mitered or stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for providing pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab and man hole covers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire dia not less than 0.9 mm (annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22 mm thick , machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment and cut and polished including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern) white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc. plastic water closet seat, black/white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromiumplated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

S&F in repairs water closet (Vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern Size 580x440mm White with integral foot rests) complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin white flat back of size 550x400mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

S&F in repairs Vitreous China bowl Urinal flat back of size 465x355x265mm White (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

S&F in repairs 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing cistern complete with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Taking down cement plaster in RR stone masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

S&F in repair GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connectin etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair GI tubing ISI marked medium grade 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floor including connectin etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes have been laid and tested) in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at a lavel not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
