Test pressure (coil) : 30 kg/sqcm Design temperature : 90 degree C 5.Steam vessels and ss Serving trolleys The vessel is provided 3/4" SS nipple & threaded elbows for fixing of 3/8" pressure gauge of 4" dial of 0-4 kg/sqcm, 3/4" safety valve of 'F' type at top of outer vessel. The 50mm dia SS pipe nipple to be provided at bottom of the vessel with 50mm dia SS ball valve for drain. The 3/4" dia SS nipples is to be provided for fixing of 3/4" dia steam trap (Thermax make) and 3/4" dia SS ball valve for condensed water drain. The specials viz., pressure gauge, safety valve, SS ball valves and steam trap (6). Steam Lines All steam pipe lines from Boilers points (7). Cold water pipe lines. All cold water pipe lines ovioloble ot inside of boiler rooms only. (8). 1.To operate the softeners to the operoting conditions i.e., to mointoin water hardness 0 to 2 ppm. lf, hardness of feed woter is more than 2 immediately regenerote the resin 2. To operate the steam boilers to supply the steam without affecting the cooking system during all working hours duly in contoct with the cooking stoff / Temple stoff 3. To supply steam to hot water generotion ond to supply the hot water os per the requirement duly in contact with the Temple staff. 4. To maintain LPG, woter levels and different valves to the operating conditions. 5. Checking safety of the different valves dailly. 6. Check thot the blow-down volve is fully closed. 7. Check and ensure that the temperature indicator-cum-controller setting is not oltered. 8. Observe steam escoping to droin through the by-poss volve. 9. Now grodually open the main stop valve ond close the by-poss 10. To check the pressure, temperoture, water levels by help of gouges. 11. Maintoin LOG Book for eoch boiler. (B) Before stopping the boiler, should follow the below instructions - 12. Close the steam volve. The pressure switch / temperature controller will cut off the boiler. 13. Close the water inlet valve. 14. Open the blow-down valve fully and blow-down the boiler. 15. Open the economizer blow-down valve. 16. Now, close the blow-down volve ond open the by-poss valve. 17. Fully open the water inlet volve.

18. Put the rotary switch 'ON' and stort the feed water pump and circulote cold woter till temperature comes down to 40 degree 'C. 19. Close the woter inlet volve and fuel oil inlet valve. 20. Fill the fuel oil service tank for next doy's operotion. 21. Put'OFF' the electric moin switch. 22. Clean the boiler, its top and surroundings for any dripped oil etc., 23. To cut off fuel inlet volve ond check up once again total unit il) COMPREHENSIVE MATNTENANCE & SERVICING A) The ogency should out the works - L) Arresting leokoges of steam lines, cold/hot water lines ond diesel LPG lines 2) Removing, cleaning & resetting of filters, stroiners, burner rod ossembly, economizer, woter pump, diesel pump, optimizer. Generol check up of electricol items to ensure all softies. 3) All the spores including rewinding / replacement of spores for motors, electrical spore ports (excluding steam boiler coils & inner required should be reploced immediately without offecting the smooth the tem. 4) lf necessory, steom boiler coils & inner iockets, other specified spores will hove to be reploced for which separate poyment will be mode. 5) All the spare ports whotsoever required should be of opproved moke & quality which ore some to thot os existence and os directed by the 6) Any welding works / lathe works should be attended immediotely without hampering the smooth running of the systems

B) The firm should also corryout monthly one time servicing for all the boilers. During servicing of the boilers, the following works shall be corried out i.e., cleoning of filters, strainers, burner rod ossembly, economizer, optimizer, volves & oll occessories, generol check up of electricol items to ensure oll safety precoutions ond keeping the boilers in good working condition including replacing of spore parts if necessary like glond woshers, oil seols, valve seot ossembly, hydroulic hose, photo cell, belt, side glosses, ignition coble, packings, arresting leokoges, etc., complete. The firm would also corryout test to ensure thot the unit performs ot the rated efficiency levels, there by results in optimum fuel consumption. C) The firm should corryout servicing for all the woter softners once in six months for re-charging of resin. 1)To remove frontier pipe lines, distributors and resin. 2) To rechorge the resin by soaking for 3-4 hours with "Resin charging compound (UC-666 lJni Chorge)" to remove contomination in the resin and to make the resin for more effective. 3) To top-up the resin of 15% to 20% with Thermax / Cotion - 220 na+ ofter recharging of the process due to the loss of resin while doing the recharging. 4) To re-fix the frontier pipe lines, distributors and refill the resin

Foilure in this regard, leads to imposing of stringent fines. 4) For any mis-hondling / negligence in operation of machinery suitoble fine will be imposed duly recovering the losses caused to machinery. 5)The authorized operoting personnel should invoriobly present ot the boilers round the clock

The Technicol personnel should be on full time and avoilable ot site whenever required by Engineer in Chorge to toke instructions.The technicol personnel engaged sholl be with suitable qualificotion and experience in maintenonce of similar works. The nomes of the technical personnel to be employed by the controctor should be furnished separotely. The contractor should provide lJniform to the working stoff ot his own cost. The contractor should employ Hindus only and they should hove faith in Lord Vigneswara.
