Taking down existing roof treatment including plastering of any description complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sq.m complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sq.m. and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sq.m.) laid on primed surface after applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sq.m. over bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg per Sq.m. by forced application, applying another coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg per Sq.m. over water proofing membrane and applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg per Sq.m. all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI marked) of approved make.

S&F in repairs, PVC (SWR) rain water pipes 150mm dia. single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, PVC (SWR) rain water pipes 110mm dia. single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm dia. PVC (SWR) plain bends any radius complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of roof projections/drops, chajja drops and other thin RCC sections of width 10-20cm and thickness 8-10cm including cutting the reinforcement edges and finishing the disturbed surfaces with ave. 5mm thick CM 1:3 and three coats of white wash on ceilings etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc. 500 Ltr. & n. exc. 1000 Ltr. capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars confirming to Fe-500/500D of 6 to 8mm dia. bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of corrugated or plain steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde- E-250) quality- A for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular/square tube trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 and is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5 to 10mm dia. mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mmX605mm and aluminium sections for false ceiling main/cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX2.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm and wall angle of size 38mmX25mmX2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Gypsum boards 10mm thick in false ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down Gypsum boards, repairs to existing aluminium grid by providing sufficient number of anchor fasteners and refixing the same gypsum boards to the grid complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Additional gypsum boards if required will be measured and paid separately under item No.32 below.

M&L for Gypsum boards 10mm thick in false ceiling concealed type fixed with screws in GI frame work catered under item No.29 above fixed with anchor fasteners and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of 2mm thick putty as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards fixed to timber framework with screws in false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, of size exc. 6 Sq.cm. and n. exc. 13 Sq.cm. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia. holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia. holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs and servicing of rolling shutters and removing of worn out components such as hood covers, laths, ball bearings, helical wire springs, lock plates, brackets plates, shaft rods etc., straightening of existing guide channels, gear boxes, lath, hood etc. at required places including greasing and refixing in the same opening after repairs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for repairs and servicing of boom barriers at required places including greasing and refixing in the same opening after repairs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only interlocking lath sections made out of mild steel strips 1.25mm thick with the continuous section of lath in single piece without any welded joints and each alternate lath section fitted with malleable cast iron or mild steel clips screwed/riveted at either ends complete all as specified.

Supply only 'D' helical wire spring 450mm long 'O' gauge, complete all as specified.

Supply only locking system with wheel type handle suitable for wicket gate including complete mechanism complete all as specified.

Supply only bevelled gear as required at site complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel hood covers 1.00mm thick bent to shape to match with the existing trackers including stiffeners with MS flat iron complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L taking down the existing electrical motor fixed in RCC pillar and refixing same in the same position with nuts & bolts duly chipping the concrete up the required depth and fixing in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the same with existing rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F self adhesive bitumen flashing tape of size 1000 cm x 10 cm x 1.6 mm thickness on roof sheet complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Durastrip / Dr. Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE)
