Hedge/shrub planting: Digging the trench of size 0.3 mtrs. depth, refilling with red garden soil including cost of red garden soil and farmyard manure at 4:1 ratio, internal transportation of plants, planting etc., including the application of fertilizers and pesticides etc., (@20 gms/pit/sqmt) and it including all operational, incidental, labour charges, required tools, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work, but excluding the cost of the fertilizers (@20 gms/pit/sqmt) and plant material etc., unit 1 Sqmt of work. ( 10 No./Sqm of sper data plants & bag size shall be arrived based on the spacing 0.3 c/c as per the design.) (Red garden soil in this context it is defined as sandy loamy garden soil congenial for plant growth which shall be of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable, fertile, slightly acidic or neutral)

Cutting road B.T. road surface (as well as asphalt concrete up to 75 mm thick) including water bound macadam including stacking of excavated materials for pipe line trench work and complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work, and it including all operational, incidentallabour charges, required tools, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work

Maintenance of hedge/shrub planting: Trimming of hedges/shrubs (once in 30 days) it including all operational, incidental, labour charges for complete of work,( 24 Months Miantenance for shrub plantation)

Hiring of the latest model 4 KL capacity vehicle-mounted water tankers with driver, helper, lubricants, fuel, and all vehicle-related charges for supplying water to unserved areas in Division Nos. 25, 28, 29, 30, and 31 under AE-3 Section (West) Constituency. The approved rate is ₹215.00 per trip as per TS No. 94/EE/GMC/2023-24, dated 12-06-2023. 240 waterings for 2 year ie. once in a three days @ 5 litres/per plant per each time (300No.s x240 x 5/4000) = 90 trips 240 waterings for 2 year ie. once in a three days @ 5 litres/per sqm per each time (500 sqm x240 x 5/4000) = 150 trips
