Placing in position of Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending and binding all complete upto floor five level. Mild Steel and Medium / Tensile Steel Bars .

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. RCC works in suspended floors , roofs , having slope upto 15" landings , balconies , shelves and chajjas. 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12mm cement plaster in single layer including cost of materials required and finishing even and smooth and curing complete. In cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm inpatches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting thepatch in proper shape and preparing and plastering thesurface of the walls complete including disposal ofrubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and liftsincluding finishing even and smooth and curingcomplete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete . Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Renewal of old putty of glass panes (length )

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Removing dry / oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth & repairs to scratches etc. as required.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work (two or more coats) @1.67 l per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg / 10 sqm complete including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes and fittings with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture over a priming coat of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work
