Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiling to store and rubbish off the premisses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 200mm, 7mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating. (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours. (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout. (k) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. NOTE : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers industreis and as directed by eng-in-charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be consider for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.
