Levelling, watering, ramming, consolidating, and compacting red earth in average thickness of 15 cm using a vibrating machine and rolling with a two-wheeled roller of 9-11 tonnes applied load capacity in stages to achieve the proper grade and camber without any undulations. There after consolidation of soil using a single hand roller of 2 tonnes capacity for making the final mud flooring of the volleyball court, including the cost of vibrating by vibrator, 9-11 tonne 2wheeler roller, 2-tonne hand roller, and labour, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of red earth)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes Preferred Brand : TATA/ Jindal/ Appollo

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing, supplying and fixing of multi-filamented nylon net with wire thickness of 2.5mm and 40x40 mesh for fencing of the court with accessories up to 6M height. This includes the costs of materials, labour, transportation, and installation, inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The net should be tied to the pole and the horizontal bracing using nylon wire of thickness 2.5mm for the entire length of pole/bracing. Volleyball Court Line Marking includes the setting out and painting of court lines as per the drawing. The court, measuring 18m x 9m with a minimum 3m wide free zone on short side and 2M wide free zone on long sides, will have 5cm wide white lines marking the boundaries, attack line, and service zones. Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at the marking position as per manufacturer's specifications including one coat of primer. The Engineer will inspect the work for accuracy, and any issues must be rectified by the contractor, including the cost of material, setting out, labour etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and fixing of volleyball post adjustable and fixed type, made of 3"x3.5" round steel pipe with external ratchet and height adjustable system. The post must be adjustable in height to accommodate both men’s and women’s match regulations, with a secure locking mechanism to maintain net tension. Installation should include secure anchoring into concrete footings (Excluding the cost of concrete footing), including the cost of all materials, labour, transportation etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing of volleyball HDPE nylon net with a wire thickness of 2mm and 75x75mm mesh size, along with 5 cm strong tape on three sides fitted with brass eyelets for extra support. The net includes a 5mm steel cable wire at the top and 6mm cord at the bottom. This includes the costs of all materials, labour, transportation etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. supplying and fixing of volleyball referee stand with a height of 2.10 M, designed for elevated judging purposes. The stand is constructed using 40x20x1.4mm rectangular tube for the ladder-style platform access and 25x25x1.4mm square tube support legs, with a 20mm finished plywood platform. The unit is completely welded and features a 600x450mm platform.
