Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with Broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, type D-2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete blocks or slabs in 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with plain or interlocking joints as in kerb stone/in walls and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Grassing

Mixing earth and manure in proportion 8:1 (eight part earth and 1 part manure ) including spreading of sludge, dump manure good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, manure and /or good earth will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed

Tree Planting

Mixing earth and manure in proportion 2:1 (two part earth and 1 part manure ) including spreading of sludge, dump manure good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, manure and /or good earth will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and planting best quality container grown healthy trees of species as specified. All trees to be approved before planting inclusive of maintenance for two years after planting complete all as specified and as directed .

Palm Planting

Supplying and planting best quality container grown healthy plant/ trees of species as specified. All plant/ trees to be approved before planting inclusive of maintenance for two years after planting complete all as specified and as directed .

Shrubs Planting

Supplying and planting best quality pot-grown healthy shrubs minimum 450mm tall of species as specified, including preparation and cultivation of shrub beds as specified. All plants to be approved before planting including maintenance for two years after planting complete all as specified and as directed .

Supplying and stacking cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage complete all as specified and as directed . (Manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and planting best quality container- grown healthy plants at site in 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m pit filling the pit with fresh garden soil/silt & manure in ratio 1:3 (1 manure : 3 good earth) including necessary treatment to prevent termite growth transportation charges complete i.e. digging of earth, plantation of sapling adding manure regular maintenance, watering cleaning regularly the area between the trees, with all kind of veg/dry leaves and replacement of fresh sapling in place of dead saplings to maintain the number of trees of ALSTONIA SCHOLARIS (Devil tree). Supplying and planting best quality healthy plants at site with fresh garden soil/silt & manure in ratio 1:3 (1 manure : 3 good earth) including necessary treatment to prevent termite growth, transportation charges complete i.e. digging of earth, plantation of sapling adding manure regular maintenance, watering cleaning regularly the area between the plants, with all kind of veg/dry leaves and replacement of fresh sapling in place of dead saplings to maintain the ground cover of ASPARAGUS SPRENGERI ( Foxtail fern). The height of the sapling should not be less than 0.15 mtr, spread not less than 0.15 mtr, at the rate of 52 Nos per Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16.01 above, but plants of SYNGONIUM PODOPHYLLUM ( Arrowhead Plant). The height of the sapling should not be less than 0.3 mtr spread not less than 0.3 mtr, at rate of 14 Nos per Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in treches in soft /loose soil upto a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable material and then disposing off by spreading and nearly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making good of the trench area to proper levels by filling earth or earth mixed with sludge and / or manure before and after flooding the trenches with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size , conforming to IS 15658- 2006, 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over and including 40 mm thick sand, spread and levelled complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chlorophyriphos or lindane emulsifiable/ Dursban concentrate conforming to IS:8944 or IS 632 respectively complete all as specified and as directed.
