Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing Unskilled manpower for shifting of various old materials from site to specified space and other Misc. works at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing skilled manpower for taking out existing MS welded wiremesh frame from the wall and refixing & various Misc. works at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing of MS fastner(size 100mmx10mm) on the existing MS frame of windows/ventilators including T&P etc. complete in all respect at site as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Repair of MS Windows / grills / ventilators etc. by welding machine including Welder, helper, welding rods T&P etc. complete at site as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required :- In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works etc.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge :- 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet, chucknet nipple and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps,i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work-Exposed on wall :- 15 mm dia nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Supplying of CPVC Union of 25mm dia at site as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of CPVC Gate valve of 25mm dia at site as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats and brass rod complete : 25 mm nominal bore
