Supply of Prestreessed Concrete Pole, 9 mtrs. long. (details as per Annexure-B of Terms and conditions of NIT)

Erection of RCC/ PCC pole of Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.0 metre length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required

Erection of AAA conductor 7/3.4 mm to 7/4.0 mm dia and above including binding etc. as required. ((3 X 100 m)+(1 x 50 mtr.) = 350 mtrs + Wastage @ 3% = 10.5 mtrs = 360.50 mtrs. Weight of conductor = 149.20 kg/km, hence 360.50 mtr. = ((149.20 x 360.50)/1000) = 53.78 kg.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V shaped two wire angle iron/channel iron/cross arm on steel Tubular/Rail/PCC for 11/22/33 kv as required.

Supply and erection of double disc insulator (70 KN) for 11 KV overhead line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV pin insulator, 10 KN complete with large steel head GI pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lins complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement cocrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lenghts of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg/mtr), double pole cross arm for three 11 KV over head line conductors, complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 kv overhead line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of Angle iron 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (4.50 kg/mtr) to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm length, complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats iron clamp including drilling holes for bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying, erection, alignment, fixing and commissioning of 11 KVx3 post insulator per phase, 200 A DOUBLE BREAK GOAB switch solator horizontal type including MS steel material for mounting platform including clamping arrangement, nut, bolt, drilling holes, operational GI pipe 40 mm dia etc as required: (1) Mounting MS channel 75x40x6 mm, 3 mtrs x 2 nos. (2) Cantilever channel for AB Switch Isolator arm Channel 75x40x6 mm = 1.5 x 2 nos. (3) MS angle for Cantilever arrangement 50x50x6 mm = 1.5 mtrs x 2 nos. (4) AB Switch handle MS channel 75x40x6 mm =1.5 mtr x 2 no.

Supplying and Fixing of of 11 KV grade Drop out Fuse assembly 200 amp complete with drop out fuse per phase & its platform on overerhead structure.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I strip/flat, on surface or on recess for connection etc as required.

Providing and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade Upto 120 sq. mm size as required.

Providing Aluminium LT Cable, 35 sq. mm. X 4 Core, 1.1 KV grade, Solid Aluminum Stranded Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured (Aluminium strip) Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade Upto 35 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 80 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 35 sq. mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of 11/0.4 kv, 25 KVA pole mounted Transformer (S/S) on 9 mtrs long 150 X 150 mm PCC pole. NOTE: Agency has to obtain all the approvals from State Electricity Authority (TPWODL) before supply of Transformer at the site. (details as per Annexure-B of Terms and conditions of NIT)

Fening of size 6 mtr. X 6 mtr. along with materials complete with spreading of stone and sand around Transformer mounted DP.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of LT power Distribution Panel, 4 way. (details as per Annexure-B of Terms and conditions of NIT)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
