M & L for 11 mtr steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces of steel tubular poles, steel tubular two pole structure and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & for stay assembly, with 20mm dia stay rod, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and PCC shall be measured separately.

M & L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size, with overall dimensions 90 x 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball & socket type, white, green, or brown, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ACSR conductor, sqirrel/ weasel/ ferret complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6.30 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including 40 mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead, GI funnel and wire mesh etc all as shown in Electrical plate no 3 of SSR 2009 (Part- I) including necessary excavation and earth work, formwork, earth pit of size 450X450X300 mm of PCC M-15 (nominal mix) using stone aggregate, earth pit cover of PCC and 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, charcoal dust, common salt, connecting to test point 7.5m from earth pit and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3½ core 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3½ core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air-break switch, mechanically operated, suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete with 9 insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for expuision fuse unit 11 KV, dropout, mounted on insulators, upto 25 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC cable route indicators of size 300x500x40 mm, duly embossed, for HT cable /LT cable including suitable PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for cable/pipe/poles, trimming the side,s forming bottom surface to required levels complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but depth beyond 1.5m depth but n.exc 3 m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bricks, common burnt clay, sub class `B; laying flat in trenches, size of brick 230 x 115 x 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushoning 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick on cable after laying in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinfoced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat, size 300mm x180 mm x 40 mm laying flat on cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/stays complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves, made to shape to suit the cross section of the poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) factory made and tested (incl CPRI test certified), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply, powder coated, front opening type, dust, weather and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of CRCA MS sheet 3.0 mm thick for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 A supported on SMC insulators, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, having common aluminium earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud for entire panel, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of copper bus bars and control wiring with min 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, mounted on suitable PCC foundation and to accomodate the following items including taking down old u/s panel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link galvanised fencing, any size, type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing, steel gate including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mlld steel screw bolts (machine made), 8 mm diameter of neck, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-290, E-165 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15 cm thick, spresd levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
