SH-I :- Operation and Maintenance of E & M installations of NITB. Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Electrical / Mechanical Installations at NITB and associated ancillary buildings by attending complaints / faults / breakdown & ensuring serviceability, satisfactory working condition of all the systems, up keeping all records as per preventive maintenance schedule etc. by providing the adequate & suitable man power with tools & tackles in shifts as mentioned in the special conditions of contract complete as required on all days including sundays & holidays.

Re-installation / Installation of submersible pump moter set upto 10HP with GI/HDPE/MS column Pipe including cost of labour, T & P and material required as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of steel wire rope for submersible pump including cost of labour, T & P and material required as per site requirement.

Execution / carryout the work for items covered / listed in Delhi Scheduled of rates (DSR E&M-2022) published by CPWD as per CPWD specifications for an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- [Excluding GST] as required. (Agency has to execute schedule item listed in CPWD DSR E&M-2022 as and when required by AAI. May please refer NIT clause 23(e), Page no. NIT - 4 & 5 for quotating of rate for this item no.24)

SH-II :- Operation and Maintenance of Water supply Pump Operation of different type of water supply pumps, drainage pumps, mutigrade media filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, RO plant etc. including Backwash, Rinse & Clean-in-place (CIP) of the same as required with deployment of minimum manpower as per special conditions of contract.

Descaling of RO Plant with recommended chemical / desclaing treatment by using Acidic cleaner and Antiscalant of reputed make as approved by Engineer-in-charge and as per the recommendation of OEM..

Regular Antiscalant dosing by TITAN ASD or equivelent Antiscalant to maintain performance of RO Plant as per OEM recommendation (0.3Kg x 31 day )= 10kg/month x 02 year

Recharging (Regenerate) of softener by ion exchange method (minimum 250 KG common salt/ non iodised salt) including preparation of brine solution as and when required.

Supply & mixing of liquid Sodium Hypochlorite in water as and when required.

Taking samples of drinking water from different locations and submit report of potability test from Govt. laboratory / Govt. Approved laboratory .

Supply of 20" Spun Filter suitable for 1150 LPH RO plant installed at Vadodara Airport

Supply of 10", 5 Micron, Pre Filter for RO outlet point at provided in NITB.
