Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High modulus Fibre Glass of mesh size not exceed 12.5mm x 12.5mm. The self adhesive glass Fibre reinforcement after laying over the flexible pavement layer (as directed by EIC) shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The grid being self adhesive does not require tack coat. The longitudinal overlap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overlap ie. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm. Over self adhesive glass Fibre reinforcement, Stress Absorbing Membrane Inter Layer (SAMI) shall be provided, as per MoRTH specifications. Random rubble masonry with available hard stone, issued by department free of cost at various stacked locations in operational area in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). The hard stone boulders made available need to be broken to required size using mechanical breaker/ jack hammer, loaded, transported by mechanical transport, and unloaded at the work site to cover any lead and lift etc as directed by EIC. The rate is inclusive of all items mentioned above and nothing extra shall be paid in this regard.
Supplying and filling local earth brought from approved quarry outside the airport premises in the basic strip area. The work shall include spreading the earth with dozer, dressing, levelling, providing camber in required levels, grading with motor grader and consolidating with vibratory roller 8-10 tonner capacity for thickness of 15 cm to achieve 97% of the lab density with required CBR including making good the undulation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Cost includes all leads, taxes, royalty, operations and obtaining necessary quality parameters from the approved laboratory or Govt Engineering college) ( Note: Soaked CBR value minimum 4% and unsoaked CBR value of maximum- 10% is to be achieved after the execution of this item).

Transformer housing boxes/shallow boxes from concrete foundation , dressing the same after removing the concrete/ bitumen and making the same suitable for re-installation by breaking the concrete/compound adhered to the housing box etc. as required, stacking in AAI store.
