Project Management Consultancy Services

Appointment of Project Management Consultant (PMC) from concept to commissioning for ‘Construction of Terminal Building, Ancillary Buildings, Car Parking, City side Development & other associated works at Gwalior Airport (India)’ including planning, conceptual designing based on modern functional building design incorporating local architecture/ culture/ art / heritage, as per scope of work, Contract conditions, role & responsibilities of the PMC which is broadly inclusive of, but not limited to, Planning, Design and Construction Supervision of the project which will include master planning/layout plan and city side development plan preparation of conceptual plan, prospective view of the proposed Terminal Building& other buildings, Architectural plan showing tentative arrangement of various facilities (for smooth passenger flow for TB) along with City side and Air side elevations and conceptual planning and designing of a modern energy efficient RCC framed Steel & glass buildings depicting local architecture/ culture/ art / heritage features including Electric Sub-Station & AC Plant Buildings, Solar Plant, Elevators, Escalators, In-line BHS system, Augmentations of Power supply systems, PBBs, Water Supply, Drainage, Sanitary installations, Internal & External Electrical Installations, Signage, HVAC, BMS, STP, Fire Fighting & sprinkler, Fire Detection & Alarm System, Automatic Sliding Door, Air- curtains, Boom Barrier, Rain Water Harvesting, Landscaping, Interior Design, External Lighting, diversion of electrical services, CCTV security, FIDS, Airport system & IT system and other services etc. and preparation of realistic estimate, bid documents, comparative and tender justification statement and assisting AAI in award of work to the EPC agency, including supervision of works with effective monitoring, ensuring proper quality control, checking and verifying works done by the EPC agency, setting out works on ground, day to day construction supervision, assisting AAI in approvals related to execution contract, advising on corrective action & revision of work program to achieve timely execution, checking of measurements, bills of execution contractor, ensuring timely trial runs, timely operationalization of Terminal building and other buildings, preparing & submitting project completion reports and all other tasks assigned by AAI in line with provisions contained in the Tender Document for the subject PMC Contract.
