Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement motar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, leaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.50 Sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), all as directed.

Taking down Chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from choukhat) exc 1.50 but not exc 4.00 Sqm each including making good disturbed portion in CM 1:6.

Dismantling of wall/floor heatrth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing coat) and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/Precast concrete block walling or precast concrete articles built in cement mortar of any description including removing rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc in CM 1:6. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and proprely bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from wooden or steel frames glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads punching or drilling out old glzing pins/spring clips, and S & F 5.50mm thick sheet glass exc 0.50 Sqm each including necessary rubber beading, glazing clips etc all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil.

M & L Precast Cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate),exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6., complete .

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Two coats of Cement base paint on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc, on newly plastered walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic dark shade tiles 10 mm thick (squar/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 15 here in before but on vertical surfaces, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

3mm thick wall care putty on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium powder coated three track sliding window consisting of standard section for frames and necessary handles roller wheels, rubber beading, necessary packing material etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Thickness of powder coating shall not be lessthan 50 micron and aluminium section weight should be atleast 0.55 kg/m shall be used for making shutters and frame. 2. For the purpose of payment window opening size will be measured. 3.Glass shall be measured and paid separately

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated grill DG 102 (weight 3.26kg/ sqm) of aperature size 50x50x6mm including aluminium channel, snap beading screws etc complete and fixed to window frame all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated frames for door, window, ventilators and partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple.

S & F 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, both side with decorative choice lamination fixed to aluminium frame, etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for false ceiling with12mm thick gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screws and anodised aluminium powder coated snap grid of size 605 x 605mm frame work using Hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as per manufactures instructions , including taking down old Unserviceable false ceiling specified and directed .

Taking down aluminum door/window shutters of size exc 1.5 Sqm and n exc 4 Sqm each leaf, opening floor spring assembly over hauling, refixing floor spring (with new screws) and door shutter in position all as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) for mass concrete.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm (thick) machine pressed, rubber moulded, set jointed and pointed with white cement and pigment in neat cement slurry over including cement screed 20 mm thick 1:4 as in floors/ Paths all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in coping/benching including necessary form work.

M & L for Complete removal of existing teatment and applying two coats distemper oil emulsion over acoat of primer on old wall surfaces by brooming, steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salt and greasy spots etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment on old wall surfaces and applying two coats Exterior Emulsion paint (Weather proof paint) 100% acrylic over a coat of primer on walls, pillasters, cornices, and also bottom of chajjas etc including necessary scaffolding wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces by brooming, steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salt and greasy spots and applying one coat of Acrylic distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed..

M&L for Preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for filling cracks on internal/external faces of wall and ceiling with carck filling compound ( CRACK X-PASTE ) inTwo layers (size of filling shall not be more than 5mm wide and 5mm deep) finished even and fair to match with existing surface complete all as per manufacturers instruction and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittngs such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. Removing materials to store for keping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Taking down old U/S light fittings of any type/box type complete with glass shade & lamp all as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/s /existing MCB DB SPN/TPN complete by disconnecting all as directed.

Taking out old U/s /existing MCB SP/SPN/TPN complete by disconnecting all as directed.

Taking down old U/s sub main wiring with 2runs/4runs of 4/6/10 sqmm aluminium cables all as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC rigid non metallic conduit with all fittings such as bend,end caps etc fixed in concealed in wall, ceiling, roof etc by means of suitable fixing accessories including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor,fabricated branded modular metal flush box concealed in walls with modular white cover plate with frame for housing of modular type switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc for the following all as specified and as directed .
