S&F in repairs, Prelaminated PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5 mm (+ 0.25) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5 mm (+ 0.25) thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be 600 kg/cbm Density Manfactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have in their centre a grove of 6mm width and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the scew used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10" between two PVC strips, The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long M.S screws through groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strips of 5 mm(+ 0.25) thick prelam PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be struck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe, medium grade as in spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall. (e) M&L for filling of sunken portion with 40 mm graded broken brick aggregate including levelling, watering and ramming to a true surface. (f) M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished fair and even all as specified. (g) Cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra to be paid on this account. Note :- (i) The work shall be executed by authorised manufacturers/ applicator. (ii) Only plan area of the toilet/WC/bath shall be measured for payment purposes. (iii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on fair faces of concrete of roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing / taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description including plastring, if any and removing off the premises and applying new water proofing treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and specified below:- (a) Preparing newly plastered surfaces of roof slab by removal of all loose particles etc to ensure neat and clean surface (plastering carriedout and measured against item No. 141 here-in-before). (b) Providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surfaces. (c) Providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm) with non woven polyster fiber as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with over laps & joints as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Finishing top surface by applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm grouted as per manufacturers instruction. (f) Providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No, date of roof treatment, expiry date, etc all as specified and directed. Note: The work of WPT shall be carriedout by authorised manufacturers/ applicator
