Item No.3 Continued... Fire man switch, emergency lamp , alarm push button etc with and including automatic rescue device (ARD) battery operated with and including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity and battery charger with optimum direction section in start operation requiring-no human intervention, ARD incl batteries for rescue during power/system failure with latest IGBT power devices, 3D infra red sensor in full length of doors and built in floor announcing system with 03 Nos hand set one each in car, machine room and near ground floor landing door and over load indicator suitable for three phase, 415 Volts,50Hz AC supply for passenger lift

Item No.3 Continued... All connected civil works and 2 Nos earthing with copper strip 25x3 mm till lift room and copper earth electrode 600x600x3.15 mm with & including the following all as specified and directed:- (a) Lighting LED light connected to inverter supply and automatic cabin fan in lift car (b) Mechanical guide rail in 'T' section with toungue and groove arrangement for smooth operation of car and counter weight. (c) Electric VVVF controlled motor AC, 3 phase 415 V, 50HZ of suitable capacity including cabling with FRLS cable including necessary heavy duty conduits as required. (d)Type of operation shall be single automatic push button type. (e)Type of control-16 bit micro processor variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) (f) Type of signal system-Hall button with digital hall position indicator digital car position indicator in car fixtures in stainless steel face plates. (g) Minimum Size of clear entrance opening of car for passenger lift shall be as per IS with automatic center opening.(h)Minimum Size of car for passenger lift shall be as per relevant IS.

Item No.3 Continued... (j) Automatic rescue device battery operated to bring the car cage to the nearest floor level and auto opening for evacuvation of passengers in the event of power failure. Capacity of ARD battery should be suitable to perform minimum three rescue operation.(k) Earthing shall be connected with suitable size copper earth wire from earth plate to control panel in machine room. (l) Pit Ladder, (m) Hand rail 50mm dia SS 316 L,14 Guage and Looking mirror 5 mm thick of size not less than 3 ft x 3ft (LXB) .Make : Saint Gobain/ Atul/MODi or equivalent manufactures listed in list of manufacturers. (l)RCC/PCC foundation all as specified and directed complete with nut and grouting plates etc. (m) Provision of hoist way and governors rope and governor. (n) Provision of new buffer spring as per manufacturers design (o) Provision of battery operated alarm and emergency light through inverter of suitable capacity having power pack up for a period of minimum 30 minutes. (p) Drive-Gearless with machine frame fixed in the machine room. (q) Over speed governer monitors the speed and triggers safety gears etc and the same shall be installed in the machine room.

(v) Gravity/counter weight limit switches for top most position. Parag Pradeep & Praveen buildings at SMA Rameswaram Note:- All Lifts shall be compatible in fit and finish without structural alteration in existing lift wells

All as per item No 03 herein before but of capacity not less than 8 persons (544Kg) to serve Ground floor and ten floors (G+10) with a speed limit of 1.5 Mtr/Sec for building Leagan and Lakshya at SMA Rameswaram. Note:- All Lifts shall be compatible in fit and finish without structural alteration in existing lift wells

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of electrically operated gearless elevator not less than 680 Kg capacity, 10 passengers with a speed of 1.5M/Sec, to serve ground floor and seven floors(G+07) and repairs/replacement of defective and unserviceble parts , attending to breakdown as and when intimated including necessary periodical safety checking and testing of lift as mentioned in relevant code of practices /IS for the safe and efficient performance of lifts for first year after expiry of two years defect liability period (ie; Third year after the actual date of completion) complete all as specified and as directed. Note(A) :- All necessary spares (minor and major) shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Note(B):-The contractor shall produce copy of MOU regarding maintenance of each elevators through OEM for defect liability and maintenance at the beginning of each year otherwise no payment in this regard will be made.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters any description (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls(exc half brick but not exc one brick) built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings door frames etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work included bending and welding as required , conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165,complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed and hung works as gates including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, handles,sliding bolts and small MS articles etc. conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel, plain, 0.80mm thick black Sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters, covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces width or girth exc 10 cm including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
