TERM CONTRACT FOR MISC ARTIFICERS WORKS AT HARNI AIRFIELD AND HARNI CAMP AT AFS BARODA

To perform such services and excute works covered under the subject tender upon the terms and conditions contained & referred to in the tender documents and as enumerated in the MES Schedule for the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter (AOC), at the rates contained in MES standard schedule of rates Part-I 2009 (Specifications) with amendments Nos 1 to 3 and MES standard schedule of rates Part-II 2020 (rates) with amendment 1 to 122 including section No 30 for “Runway & Pavement” containing item Nos 3001 to 30053 (inserted as Appendix „B‟) vide Engineer-in-Chief‟s Branch letter No 66546/SSR-II/Rates/2020/444/E8 dated 04 Jan 2023 hereinafter referred to as the MES Schedule and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of (IAFW-2249) (General conditions of Contract)
