To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer his name/company/firm should have in the last five years period 2019-20 to 2023-24. Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least One Similar Nature of Work such as per the scope work, of value not less than Rs.51.25 lakhs. (Work executed and work done certificates issued under Joint Venture shall not be considered).
Executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work (80% quantity of work put to tender): Certificates of proof shall be enclosed from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Government Undertaking Organizations. (Quantities executed and work done certificates issued under Joint Venture shall not be considered) (1) Earthwork Excavation: 456 Cum, (2) GSB: 525 Cum, (3) WMM: 375 Cum, (4) DBM/BC/BM/SDBC: 129 Cum, (5) PCC/RCC: 175 Cum, (6) TMT Steel: 11 Tonne
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), where, A-Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B-Value, at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next one year
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer his name/company/firm should have in the last five years period 2019-20 to 2023-24. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.205.00 Lakhs. (only executed Civil Contract Works) (Not less than 2 times the amount put to tender).
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.30.75 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Public sector banks/Nationalized Banks (as per RBI guidelines) not less than 30% of the amount put to tender for meeting the fund requirement etc).
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)
