Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of crosssection 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.(preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)

Providing and fixing to existing door frame.30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.( preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters( preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge) 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : a. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. ( spiral stair case riser and tread)

Providing and fixing 10mm thick toughened glass partitions as per the drawings and details. The frame work shall be with aluminium extruded built up tubular sections/Z sections and other sections of approved fixing with dash fastners. Including the cost of fixing arrangements and making necessary holes.etc for fixing required fittings all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge including fixing of 3M film as required hetching/frosting,as per reference drawing( drawing may vary according to the decision of engineer in charge ),preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)

Providing and installing reception counter of size 3.6m length 0.75m wide and 1.20m height with one shutter and one drawer on either sides, as per detailed drawing made out of 303 grade marine plywood of 18 mm thickness & 6 mm back panal of carcasse. All door finished with 2mm pvc edge band & other edges finished with.6mm edge band . exterior finish using 1mm sude laminate and inside finished with .8mm off white laminate. Item inclusive of provision of one number drawer and one shutter on either side and provisions for key board. The finished surface shall be painted with polyurethane mat polish. The rate is including cost of all materials, transportation, labour, fittings such as telescopic slider, hinges, handles, lock and all in complete. Providing and fixing cubicle partition for workstation with the following specification. Modular Partitions of make MARINO,ASSOCIATE,GREENLAM :- Partition thickness is minimum 60mm for stability and with the inside gap between two tile is approximately 50mm for higher wire carrying capacity. Frame Horizontals are made of 1mm thick CRCA sheets & the verticals are made of Aluminium Extrusions of 1.2mm thick.All the frames will be duly powder coated based on the choice of the Powder Coat colour , as per Customers choice, which will be inline with the Top trims & end trims All the frames are fastened together by means of M6 NUTS & BOLTS . They can be attached to form a 2-way, 3-way or a 4-way configuration. All the Caps viz end, inline & universal & raceway caps are made out of Die-cast Aluminum. These caps also are finished in an epoxy powder coating finish in the same color. All the frames are fitted with M10 leveling bolts.as per reference drawing( drawing may vary according to the decision of engineer in charge ),preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge) Wire Management:-Raceway :-The raceways are made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA & powder coated. The electrical raceway can be provided below worktop or above worktop, these are hookon type which will be mounted on the verticals. The skirting/data raceway is hollow and will be mounted on the raceway channels.The partition has two integrated raceway provided one at skirting level and another at the work surface level thus ensuring separation of power and networking cables. The free space available within raceway accommodates power, data and communication cables.The cable can be taken into the Frame from the floor from the bottom. Once the cables enter the Frames , it can be taken from one end to the other end continuously as per Power / LAN layout plan. Approximately 50-60 (5mm Dia) cables can be accommodated in the raceway channels. The raceways are provided with CRCA Snap cover on both side of raceways where required or on one side depending upon where worktop is being used.The cable running at skirting level can be terminated at tabletop level through disciplined wiring channels inside the frames . The raceway covers will be provided with appropriate electrical switch cutouts, as per the samples of switches provided (by customer). The number of cutouts in each workstation would depend upon the size of the switches.as per reference drawing( drawing may vary according to the decision of engineer in charge ),preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)Tiles:Fabric Tile(Top Tile & middle tile): Constructed out of 4mm thick Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) and covered with Fabric of choice. Bottom Row of Prelaminated Tile: Constructed out of 5.5mm thick Prelaminated Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF) of approved laminate colour shade. Magnetic tile: 1No per workstation.Constructed out of 0.8mm Galvanized sheet and covered with fabric of choice. Whiteboard marker tiles: 1No per workstation.Made out of 4mm MDF with 1mm glossy highly wear resistant face laminate with a balancing laminate on the back. Total thickness is 5mm.

Main Table/Side table Top& gable ends :Main table of size 1500x600 & return table of size 1500x450 made out of 25mm thk Pre-laminated particleboards conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade. Specially designed powder coated M.S. brackets fixed to the partition frame support the tabletops.Table top equipped with a self expandable rubberised wire groumet for easy drawing of wires from below table top. Gable ends(Leg Supports) are of 25mm thk both side laminate (BSL) with 2mm PVC imported edge banding on front side. Pedestal Unit of Dimensions 400W x 470D x 675mmH is made of 18mm thick pre laminated partical Board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade. All the exposed edges are sealed with 2mm thick PVC Imported edge banding on sides and bottom. The top and drawer facia are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge. The drawer unit consists of 2 box drawer and 1 file drawer. The sides of Inside drawer box are of prelam particle board. The drawer box is fitted with roller Slide for free movement. The drawer unit is provided with central locking system, where in the three drawer are locked with one key.PVC recessed handles are provided for easy opening and closing of drawer. The drawer unit is fitted on castors (optional) for easy mobility. The complete furniture unit is factory assembled with knock down fittings. The pedestal is fitted with additional (5th) castor to avoid topplig of pedestal in case of opening of any / all of the 3 drawers.as per reference drawing( drawing may vary according to the decision of engineer in charge ),preparation of shop drawing and sample approval as directed by the engineer in charge)

Prelam Side storage of size 1050x425x740mm made of 18mm thick pre laminated partical Board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade, The back of the unit is made from 9mm prelaminated board.Storage top in 25mm thk Prelam particle board. All the exposed edges are with 2mm PVC egde Imported banding & sealed edges are with 0.8mm thick PVC Imported edge banding. The top, side and hinged shutters are sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding. The units are assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix & Dowels. All the hardware and Hinges are from Hettich/Ebco. PVC edge banding are imported from Rehau or Dolken of Germany.The Storages is fitted with hinged door with recessed ABS Handles.

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all plete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin- charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @0.70 kg per sqm

Providing and laying glass mosaic pool tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in horizontal and vertical areas laid with high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints with epoxy grout (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).
