S&F of HDPE pipes of 75 mm bore, PE-63 having minimum withstand pressure 6Kg/Sqcm and conforming to IS-4984:1995, suitable for submersible pump, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS foot valve of 100 mm bore, including rubber seal, nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of existing unserviceable APFC panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic power factor corrector (APFC) panel for 3 phase, 415 volts and 50 Hz system, capacity 100 KVAR with incoming MCCB of capacity 200 Amps 3 pole, 50 KA rating, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of existing unserviceable APFC panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic power factor corrector (APFC) panel for 3 phase, 415 volts and 50 Hz system, capacity 50 KVAR with incoming MCCB of capacity 100 Amps 3 pole, 50 KA rating, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos 15.00 & 16.00: It shall be responsibility of the contractor to maintain power factor of the panels more than 0.95 for a period of two years from the date of completion of the work. If power factor is recorded less than 0.95, penalty @ Rs. 2000.00 per day or part thereof to this effect shall be imposed on the contractor untill the power factor is again maintained more than 0.95 by the contractor.

Supply and laying in replacement, LT 1100 volts grade UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement, LT 1100 volts grade UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts, fixed on wall/inside panel, drawn through pipe all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing unserviceable APFC panels, rewiring of the circuits with appropriate size of copper cable including replacement of unserviceable parts of the panels, complete all as specified and directed. (Supply only of parts of APFC Panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items)

M&L for pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), class 10, laid dry and flat adjoining each other over sand cushion in trenches as protection to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth strip of 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron on steel including 40 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth strip, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including GI earth strip of 32x6 mm size for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and complete all as specified and directed. M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring 17 to 22 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring (Except kota stone) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. (Kota stone slabs obtained from dismantling shall be reused under this item.)

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting, dado, risers etc, 17 to 22 mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 15 mm thick CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces, finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry (in alternate course), forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall using precast cement concrete blocks made with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1 to 1.5 mm thick wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions and over it applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
