Contract Details

Material and Labour for cleaning of underground sump, pumping out all water, taking out dirty water stone pieces and sludge etc by usnig buckets / motor, cleaning and removing all dirt and plant fungee completely from wall and floor of the tank and from mouths of inlet and outlet pipes etc and by rubbing with wire brushes and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed cleaning the tank inner surface with suitable cleaning agent (bleaching powder) and fresh water and removing dirty water out of the tank complete with painting with two coat of black bituminous paint on all the steel /iron surface of tank , writing date of cleaning on external surface of wall with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding work for cutting/joining existing delivery/suction steel tubing for alterations or additions or to make the supply line leak proof etc of size 50mm to 100 mm bore and welding to broken LT panel board door, hinges etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of hiring of welder, welding machine and welding rod etc included in item rate. (ii) Complete welding work in one lenth of pipe line/ complete welding work in one panel board shall be one job.

Taking up or down existing GI steel water tubing of any grade including all fittings and accessories from trenches/open surfaces,tanks including cleaning ,re-threading the old threads, cutting, welding work, etc and re-fixing the same after necessary repair works, etc as required to make the joints and line leak proof , including replacement of GI fittings and accessories like flange/socket/union /reducer as required in new or old position including necessary excavation work complete all as specified and directed of size (a) 100/150mm bore (Nominal bore)

All as per item no 4 above but for 50mm bore (Nominal bore)

All as per item no 4 above but for 25mm bore (Nominal bore)

All as per item no 4 above but for 15mm bore (Nominal bore)

Supply, fixing, laying & testing for galvanised steel (Gl) tubing of 25mm dia medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, sockets,plugs and unions, etc.) laid in trenchs or in open surfaces, connecting in new or old position or where required incl taking out old tubing complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes.
