Supply, installing, testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 400 KVA capacity trasformer copper wound step down, outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at on load) double wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symble Dy-II (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at ± 2.50% & ± 5.0% and ±7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be IS-1180 (Part I): 2014 and as amended time to time and shall comprise of the following standard fitting:- (a) Three nos porcelain bushing with arching horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washers.

(b) One cable box on HT side (Primery side) consisting of three Nos porcelain with copper bushing rods, complete with nuts and washers, with one No cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 01 Nos 03 core 95 Sqmm HT 11000 volts grade PVC sheathed and XLPE insulated, heavy duty, armoured cables including gland joint and jointing materials complete and one cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain with copper bushing rods, complete with nut and washers, with one No cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 01 Nos 3.5 core 624/630 sqmm LT 1100 volts grade PVC sheathed and XLPE insulated, heavy duty, armoured cables including gland joint and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover

(g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0.120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 x 6 mm GI earth strip (j) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (k) Oil level gauge (l) Oil drain filter valve (m) Lifting lungs (n) Oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete (o) Air relief valve plug (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rolers (q) xtra bushing for neutral out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral (r) First fill of fresh tranformer oil confirming to relevent is testing 60 KV and above dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap comfirming to IS 335 (s) Trolly for mounting of transformer suitable for 400 KVA comprising of 4x vehicletube less type wheel, tow assembly, with protection fencing made out of suitable MS net and canopy complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) earthed with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 625/630 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.
