Maintenance of Lawn area i/c weeding, watering, manuring / top dressing, mowing ,maintenance of seasonal beds and other unforeseen horticulture works and others activities etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (14411.25 sqm X 12 months = 172935.00 sqm ).

Maintenance of hedge i/c hoeing watering, clipping , removal of clippings and other unforeseen horticulture works and activities etc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . (758.75 rnt X 12 months = 9105.00 rmt).

Maintenance of shrubs i/c hoeing, watering, trimming, pruning and other unforeseen horticulture works and activities etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (446 nos X 12 months = 5352 nos)

Providing and displaying of Aglaonema Parrot Jungle plant (three in one), having ht. 30 cm and above with 20 to 25 leaves, well developed, fresh & healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.(30 nos x 12 months=360 nos.).

Providing and Displaying of Araucaria cookie having ht. 90 cm to 120 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of earthen pot/plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (30 nos x 12 months= 360 nos.)

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm plant, having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.(30 nos x 12 months=360 nos.).

Providing and displaying of Dracaena Song of India plant (three in one), having ht. 30 cm and above, multi branches, well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (20 nos x 12 months= 240 nos.)

Providing and displaying of Money Plant Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 plants in each pot, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Top dia x 18 cm Bottom dia x 25 cm Perpendicular height Earthen pot/Plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. (15 nos x 12 months= 180 nos.)

Providing and displaying of Rhapis Excelsa Palm plant, having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 12 to 15 equal suckers, well developed, full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size Earthen pot/Plastic pot with approved planters & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.(15 nos x 12 months= 180 nos.)

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yardstick in the garden area i.e. lawn, hedge, trees, shrubs, herbs ground cover, rockeries, seasonal beds, foliage, creepers, etc. i/c hoeing, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, watering, weeding, pruning, clipping of ground covers, replacement of plants, gap filling, grass cutting by lawn mower and bush cutter, cleaning & removal of garden rubbish, applying insecticides and pesticides and fertilizers,(wherever required), top dressing of lawn with manure and maintenance of other garden related works at FSTC Narayanpur as directed by officer in charge. ( 1632.00 sqm x 12 months = 19584.00 sqm )
