SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROADS AT MT PARK BLDG NO P332 AND P336 OF 29 AD REGTLANCER LINE VADODARA UNDER GE (A) VADODARA

M & L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, including making good by applying tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting semidence asphaltic concrete using 5.5% binder contant by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm. All as specified and directed.

M & L premixed bituminious macadam laid/ rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber (compected thickness 100 mm or less) using paving bitumen grade VG-30 Grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade at 10 Kg per 10 sqm.

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm.

M & L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compected using 8 to 10 Tonne powder road roller to require camber and gradient complete all as specified and as direted. Note:- The work shall be executed using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

M & L for moorum in Road side berms, Spread thickness 100 mm, Spreading consolidating as required and rolled with power roller all as directed.
