2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size). Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

60.7.1 : DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site.

4.1.2 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1/2:3 (cement : 11/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

5.1.2 : Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS).

50.2.25.1 : Filling with contractor's own earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

od129008/2020_2021 : Laterate masonry with neatly dressed laterate stone of size 35x20x20cm or nearest size in cement mortar 1:6 for foundation and basement including all cost of materials, labour charges etc.

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference.

50.13.1 : 9 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including all cost of materials, labour charges etc complete.

5.9.1 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete. (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

13.4.1 : 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

13.37.1 : White washing with lime to give an even shade:New work (three or more coats). Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

13.44.1 : Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac or eq. in the order of pref.

11.49.2 : Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tiles 600x600 mm. Make: Khajaria, Jhonson, RAK, NITCO, Cera or Eq. in the order of preference and prior sample approval from KEL, Client.

50.9.1.1 : Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately), using good quality Anjili wood /jack wood.

50.9.4.1 : Providing and fixing paneling or paneling and glazing in paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured) paneling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick using good quality Anjili/ Jack wood.

50.2.26.1 : Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

od129136/2020_2021 : Supplying,Stacking and grassing with Sno 3 bermuda grass of minimum size 150x150mm including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing, placed in rows 5 cm apart in both directions, excluding the cost of good earth etc. complete as per directions from engineer in charge.

16.68 : Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.The strength of blocks may be assessed by testing at approved government lab.

od129142/2020_2021 : providing fixing fiber cement board for ceiling of 6mm thick of nearest available thickness with atends GI hook or cranks,CI bolts and nuts including all cost conveyance labour charge etc complete.

Supply and Installation of GREEN BOARD (6 NOS) as [per the direction of the officer in charge etc. complete.

Electrification works as per KSEB norms and standards

Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
