Disconnection and removing incl taking down the unserviceable GSM autodialer and Supply & fixing GSM autodialer having 5 voice and sms facility, reporting LED indication,1 PFC relay output on input trigger, 1 PFC relay output can be controlled by sms,audio buzzer complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and recharge for GSM auto dialer sim with annual recharge including voice/sms validity for alarm notification services with complete with all activation process to serviceable the auto dialer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing of duracell Lithium CR 123A batteries from the Sensor and Supply & fixing of 3 Volt lithium battery complete all as specified and as directed. Make :DURACELL or equivalent approved make.

M&L for inspection of fire alarm control panels and its associated systems located at different places in technical area by a qualified technician and rectifying the faults complete all as specified and as directed. The inspection and fault rectification includes :- 1. Open and check the control panels for any visible damage,dirt or any obstructions. 2. Review of any unacknowlwdged events. 3. Check the entire system power supply. 4. Check the backup batteries for any signs of corrosion, leakage or swelling. 5. Check the wiring/communication faults between the FACP and a device/zone. 6. Check the damaged/dirty detectors. 7. Check the software/programming/configuration errors. 8. Trace and isolate the fault. 9. Replace the components if required. 10. Reset the entire system. Note :- 1Analogue Addressable flame detector, Analogue Addressable Multi Sensor (Smoke -Heat), Addressable manual call point and Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe will be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. 2. If any software/programme update is required, the same will be done without any additional cost.
