Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of (Omega Elevators) Lift providing on PF No. 01 & 2

at Hapa station for period of 03 years, which includes routine, preventive and break down

maintenance schedule for a period of 36 months including repair/ replacement of worn out item

Item- 1 with minimum downtime and warranty guarantee of repaired/ replaced items. Monthly preventive

maintenance, attending breakdowns with necessary spares and consumables. This also includes

emergency service etc. to keep the lift in perfect working condition through out the contract period.
