Providing and placing in position Check-in -Counter of size 900 x 892 x 1200 mm as per approved drawing attached internal frame work made with 19mm thick boiling water proof block board(Merino,century,greenply) confirming to IS1659 and complete exterior surface finished with 12mm thick solid acrylic polymer sheet of (Corian /LG/Staron/Hanex/Tristone) approved colour combination including sanding, polishing,edge moulding,jointing, inlays /Sublimation(if required) and thermoforming of the solid polimer sheets to the required shape and fixing to the framework by using approved adhesive of orginal manufacturer. All the interior surface shall be finished with 1mm thick suede/gloss finish laminate confirming to IS 2046 of approved colour and pattern (Formica,greenlam/merino/century) and fixing to the block board by using approved adhisives of orginial manufacturer with all necessary accessories like stainless steel screws/SS hinges/telescopic channels for drawers /handels /locks bottom support /necessary cutouts/wire managers etc all complete as per drawing and direction of EIC. The complete work includes construction of frame work with 19mm block board, fixing of solid acrylic sheets with necessary moulding of edges, fixing of laminate, drawers,shutters and all necessary hardware and placing in position of complete counter including all complete .[One mokeup sample to be made at the site according to the drawings and directions of EIC and approval shall be taken from EIC for further fabrication of balance counters]
