Hire charges for providing weld mesh partition arrangements using weld mesh 7.5cm X 2.5cm. 10 gauge with outer farmes and MS angles of size 35X35X5mm for the outer frames stiffeners with 32X6mm MS flat is provided at 90cm intervals for counting hall partition & way partition etc including cost of nails, screws, binding wire and labour charges etc,and removing the same after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing GI sheet partition verandah and other openings using 13CMX10CM casurina poles for verticle support and 5CMX8CM casurina poles for horizontal bracings including labour charges, nails, screws, loading, unloading charges, transportation and removing the same after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing G.I sheet pandal including cost of all materials labour charges conveyence charges and removing the same after counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting old wall surface with one coat ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply of labours for rendering service for table and chairs arrangements in the counting centers and common areas including loading, unloading, shifting the furniture from one place to another place and rearranging the tables and chairs as directed by the departmental officers. Labour: Mazdoor grade - II

Supply and delivery of pegeon hole for postal vote counting of 4'x4' with partition 24 nos each of size 30x15x20cm etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate including cost of all materials, conveyance charges , loading and unloading charges and kept the pegon hole in position at the place as shown by the dapartmental officers.

Providing Counting Hall tables of size 0.90m x 0.60m of 25mm MS square pipe and Top finished with water proof laminated board including cost of conveyance, loading and unloading charges and kept in position of tables at thr places / as shown by the departmental officers etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five crushed stone sand) using best quality of Third class Country bricks kiln Burnt of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Hire charges for Police watch tower made of Casuarina Poles of 10 to 13 cm dia to a height of 15' including ladder arrangements and standing platform using 25mm thick plywood etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate including loading unloading, transportation and erection charges and removing the same after the counting is over etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Hire charges for PVC chairs of approved design pattern including conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges and kept at the places as shown by the departmental officers. The chairs should be taken back by the contractor after the counting is over.

Hire charges for providing ABC (Mono Ammonium Phospate) Powder Type Fire Extinguisher of 6 kg. capacity as per IS 15683 with pressure gauge, discharge hose & control nozzie, wall mounting bracket, safety clip etc., including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition whererver found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Make: EXCELLENT/ SAFETY FIRST ,The fire Extinguisher should be taken back by the contractor after the counting is over.

Dismantling clearing away carefully stacking materials useful for Brick / Stone masonary in Cement Mortar walls under 3m high

Hire charges for providing Acralic Sign board arrangements for indication of direction, information, etc . The rate includes cost of transportation, fixing, labour charges and removing the sign board after counting is over etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing GI sheet gate arrangements for separation to counting staff, Officials candidate nominated agency permitted to enter inside the counting hall using 3"X2" Country wood scantling frames, and 50X12MM county wood reeper stiffners, necessary Hold fast 3sets , bolt & Nuts , washers , nails , binding wire , aldrop & screws etc ., as per the standard specifications. The rate including cost of all materials labour charges for fixing, loading unloading transportation and all other incidental charges and removing the gate arrangements after counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent board false ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level.Using Hilux board plain sheets (10mm thick) as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Counting Result Display Board with the following specification. The Display board made out of steel tube outer frames with suitable vertical and horizontal cross members using the same materials over that 12mm MDF board screwed with the frames. The Result writting flex should be the pre printed format and firmly pasted in the board. The pre printed format should be got approved from the Returning officer before supply. The size of the Display Board is 12'0" x 8'0".The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges,transportation charges and removing the board after the counting is over etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing Wooden Dias arrangements of size 8.00 x 3.00 x 0.20m. The dias arrangements is made using CW vertical support of 0.10m x 0.10m and bottom & top alround horizontal support 0.10 x 0.075m. CW scantling. The top of dias is closed using best quality of MDF board 18mm thick using fevicol, nails, Screws, bolt nut etc. The rate including cost of labour charges for fixing Conveyance charges and removing the same after counting is over etc complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers .

Hire charges for Three seated Sofa including conveyance, loading and unloading charges and Kept at the place as shown by the departmental officers . The sofa should be taken back by the contractor after the counting is over.

Hire charges for wooden chair of approved design pattern including conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges and Kept at the place as shown by the departmental officers. The chairs should be taken back by the contractor after the counting is over.

Hire charges for providing Red carpet over platform in counting hall . Including cost of labours for spreating carpet, loading and unloading charges etc.,complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers .
