Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff to execute the work on height at tin shed of size 20 feet long x 20 feet width and 12 feet height with safety Equipments like safety belts, ladder, safety shoes, helmet etc.

Making of civil foundation of size 12”x12”x8” for fixing of new vertical support pipe at the ground Providing / Fixing of MS jaal in the civil foundation made out of MS bar of 12mm thickness including the cost of civil material and excavation charges by manual labour as per site requirement.

Providing / Fixing of MS foundation bolts of size 200x16mm with nut and washer duly machined and fixing in the civil foundation.

Providing of MS pipe of 3” dia B class. Make: - Tata/Jindal.

Providing of MS pipe of 4” dia B class. Make: - Tata/Jindal.

Providing and fixing of MS plate of size 10”x10”x10mm duly 4 nos holes of 22/16mm at every corner of plate and fixing as per requirement of site. Weight of 1 no. plate = 5.10 kg. Weight of 64 nos plate = 5.10 kg.x64 nos. = 326.40 kg. Includes wastage 10% = 32.64 kg. + 326.40 kg. =359 kg. Rate including cost of material and labour for cutting, holes, grinding and finishing.

Providing of GI. Tin plates (profile sheet). Total 44 nos. sheets of size 4’x10’ will be use. Weight of 1 no. sheet of size 4’x10’ = 26.20 kg. Weight of 44 nos. sheets = 44 x 26.20 kg. = 1153 Kg.

Making the structure of tin shed by Fixing of all MS vertical and horizontal support pipe for making the four side wall and roof. (Total covering area to make the complete structure of tin shed is 1400 sq. feet.). With the help of welding machine, gas cutter, grinding machine & handling equipment also includes the charges of manual labour.

Fixing of all tin plates on the roof and four side wall of tin shed one by one by using of MS “U” clamp and nut bolts washer with the help of manual labour and other handling equipment includes The cost of nut bolts washer and “U” clamps and other hardware items , labou charges as per site requirement.

Fabrication and fixing of gate for entrance in the tin shed room of size 7 feet x 4 feet by using of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm, MS flat of size 25x6mm and MS sheet the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of complete fabricated gate and fixing in the tin shed room by using of required tools and tackles as per site requirement.

Fabrication & Fixing of ventilator of size 1 feet x1feetfor sun light in the tin shed by using of MS angle of size 35x35x5mm, MS flat of size 20x5mm and MS squire bar of 12mm thickness the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and finishing by using of required tools and tackles as per site requirement.

Making the RCC floor of size 20’x20’x1’ in the tin shed by using of concrete, cement and dust etc. with the help of manual labour.

Providing and fixing of ultra-bright LED tube light of 40 watt with proper fitting inside the tin shed room. Make: - Havells/Philips/Approved make.

Providing and fixing of street light of 70 watt outside the tin shed at back side and front side with proper fitting. Make: - Havells/Philips/Approved make.

Painting and primer charges of complete executed work with two coat of enamel paint of required shade & color.

Transport charges of tools & tackles gas cutter, welding machine and other items as per requirement of site to & fro.
