Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but n exc. 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC door frames of sizes 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frameweld/ sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement in the frame at site as per specification. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetry windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required size and length complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) The WPC shall comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) (ii) The frame shall fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws (iii) The WPC shall have minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant (iv) The cost of M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall deemed included in quoted unit rate. Each frame shall be fixed with min 06x holdfasts/ faster's.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of GE. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk), and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of GE. complete all as specified and directed.
