Conducting topographical survey, cleaning of jungle & soil Investigation for the proposed land of Subsidiary Intelligence Bureau at Office cum residence OCR at Pauri Garhwal (Uttarakhand)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Conducting Topographical Survey, Preparation of existing features on the ground such as building, roads, structures, water tanks, trees from boundaries or existing structures, electric lines (HT/LT/UE cables) with poles, telephones lines drainage and sewer lines manholes surrounding roads and other permanent features, plotting of ground levels of the campus with contours of 0.50m intervals, plinth level of buildings, roads, sewer line, marking out field and green area including area details etc with computerized survey instrument complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (5 Nos. CD & 5 Nos. Hard Copy prints of digital survey plan to be submitted in Engineer-in-charge office).(one Job meaning area of land up to 01 Hectare)

Drilling by using any suitable method up to 15mtr depth or refusal in all type of strata, conducting standard penetration tests at every 1.5m depth, collection disturbed and undisturbed soil samples at 1.0 m interval or where strata changes, carrying out grain size analysis, atterberg limits, hydrometer analysis, unconfined compressive strength, triaxial shear tests, consolidation test, etc necessary for determination for safe bearing capacity and suggestion of suitable foundation type on the soil samples obtained from the bore holes as per relevant IS Code for the computation of safe bearing capacity and submission of final report in triplicate.

Dynamic cone penetration tests upto 10 metre depth or refusal whichever is earlier as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
