Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) cost of required centring, shuttering and all lead, lift , loading, unloading, head load and carriage of materials from nearest source to site of work complete: 1:3:6 (1 cement :3coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (Crushed)

Providing and fixing of sundried mud bricks with mud plaster including all carraige complete.

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/ purlins/ rafters/ posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. Complete Ist class kail wood.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with btitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filed with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizantal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/sqm.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length Second class kail wood.

Supply and fixing in position door/ window shutters of Ist class kail wood including all fixtures, that is hinges, T-bolts, handles etc of reputed brand make.

Supply anf fixing panelles of Ist class kail wood pannels with fixing in shutters frames.

20mm thick cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and laying 20mm thick wall putty for finishing of cement plastered surface including making of ornamental hand-made P.O.P cornice, mouldings etc. Complete.

Applying Acrylic washable distempering with of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Applying primer on wood/ wood based surface two or more coats with shade of approved brand and manufacture.

Applying synthetic enamal paint two or more coats over readily primed new wood/ wood based surface.

Random Rubble stone masonary laid dry well with quarry stone in foundation and plinth.

Filling of available excavated earth /RBM material on horizantal level.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded nallh stone aggregate.

Supply and fixing of M.S welded steel stairs/ railling/ pre fabricated grills including priming, painting, carraige and all other fixtures at required spots of narrow gorge complete.

Carriage of cement/steel lead for average lead of 45km by mechanical transport and 4000M by H/L.

Carriage of stone aggregate for average lead of 15km by mechanical transport and 4000M by H/L.

Carriage of sand for average lead of 35km by mechanical transport and 4000M by H/L.

Carraige of stone for an avg lead of 1000M by H/L.
