Taking out old unsv solar light of any cap and supply, fixing Testing and Commissioning of ALL in ONE Solar LED Street Light Fixture of 40 Watt in Single Piece Extruded Aluminum Housing IP-65 IK , Including 6 Meter Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal Pole as per Specifications mentioned below herewith. The All in One Solar LED Street Light Fixture must encases with Solar PV Panel of Capacity 60Wp Mono Crystalline at PSH 4hrs, Battery type and Size - 12.8V-24Ah (LiFePO4), Luminance Efficacy > 150 lumens/Watt , CRI > 70, Dimming Facility With PIR Sensor Which works as Follows - 1st 1 Hrs on motion 100% and without 25% brightness next 4 Hrs on motion 40% and without 25% brightness next 6 Hrs 25% irrespective of motion final 1 Hrs on motion 40% & without 25% (Till Dawn Condition). CCT - 5700 to 6500 K. The Charge controller cum driver Must be MPPT Charge Controller with silicon potted ( Potted Type ) with Efficiency (of the electronics) > 90%, Duty Cycle - Dusk to Dawn (12hours) and other safety features like - External switch (IP-66) to On/Off , Protections for reverse flow of current through the PV Module, Battery Overcharge & deep discharge cut off. The All in One Solar Street light Must be Mounted on 6 meter long hot dipped Galvanized OCTAGONAL street light pole. The bottom of pole shall be 130 mm dia and top shall be 70 mm dia with 3 mm thickness, high tensile strength conforming to BS EN 10025, Single Side Coupler / Arm Bracket of suitable size for Mounting Solar All in One Street Light Fixture, base plate shall be 220 x 220 x 12mm with 4 nos of anchor bolt 'J' type 700 mm long 20mm dia with nut washer and bolt. The pole must be erected on a PCC Foundation of size 300x300x300mm and cost of pole is also deemed to be included in above quoted rates. Make of Light and Make of Octagonal Pole should be same. Make- Crompton Cat Part No. CSOP-839-40-57-HL5-PIRLM-PG or Equivalent as approved by GE.

All as per Ser No 1 above but 30 Watt all in one solar light. Make- Crompton Cat Part No. CSOP-838-30-57-HL5-PIRLM-PG or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for repair of all in one/ Semi Integrated Solar light of 24/30/36 watt at height up to 6 mtr incl replacing the battery, PCB, Solar Charge Controller, motion sensor, rocker switch, as per existing cap/make complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

M&L for cleaning of solar street light panel of any capacity located at elevated height up to 6 Mtr on pole, cleaning from dust, dirt, leaves, bird dropping including cleaning of glass plate with soft and warm water, soap solution or glass cleaning solution to make the fully functional solar street light fitting complete all as specified.

M&L for repair of UPS 3 Phase 415 Volt 50 Hz cap 30 KVA by high skilled trademan including cleaning of UPS panel with blower & tighting of all power and control terminations points and replacing of unsv spare parts such as PCB card, IGBT, voltmeter and control transformer (CTs) reinstalling at its original position after repair complete servicing, testing of UPS to be done to check the serviceability complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Material and labour for replacement of Sealed Maintenance Free battery, 12 volt, 32 AH suitable for 30 KV UPS complete all as specified.

Supply and pouring the electrolite suitable for solar street lights battery of capacity 120/150 AH upto 5 mtr height and check the specific gravity of electrolite, maintaine the adequate specific gravity including adding the sulphuric acid if required complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 3 core 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from solar battery to voltaic solar panel and light fitting testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 5 core 4.0 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from highmast control panel to light fittings by inserting the cable through highmast pole inside complete all as specified.

M&L to carryout repair to high mast light at height up to 16 mtr, greasing of gear box incl replacement of SWR rope of existing size, nut, bolt, washer complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Material and labour for replacement of lead acid maintenance free battery , 12 volt, 150 AH suitable for solar street lights complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of Street light nature switch (using infrared sensor technology) based automatic street light control panel. the panel should be suitable enough to take SIngle Phase load of 5 KW. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light Lux* level. required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching off ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor alongwith suitable one Nos power Contractors and one Nos incoming SPN of 40 Amp & 1 Nos outgoing SPN of 40 Amp & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 sqmm with lug should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proff, termite proof and FR grade SMC elclosure confirming to IP 66. The circuit should also have provision for Manual operation (i.e. Sensor by Pass option).

Preventive maintance of Online UPS 3 Phase 415V 50Hz of capacity upto 10 KVA by high skilled trademan including cleaning of UPS panel with blower & tighting of all power and control terminations points testing of UPS to be done to check the serviceability condition complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacement of 65AH, 12V SMF - Sealed Maintenance Free battery suitable for 10 KVA UPS complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light fitting 120 watts (with total lumen output not less than 100 lumens/Watt) with ingress protection IP 66 and external SPD of capacity 10 KV in addition to inbuilt SPD of electronic driver, having Pressure die cast housing with high efficient output emitter LED for better distribution, protection with heat resistant toughened glass with individual LED lenses complete including MS clamps of suitable size for fixing on High Mast/Pole complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacement of Solar LED street light fitting , 26 watt , operating voltage 12 volts, system efficiency 100 watt, IP 65 protection for solar street light complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacement of lead acid long tubular maintenance free battery, 12 volt, 150 AH suitable for 10 KVA UPS complete all as specified.
