Notes: 1. Before quoting, the Bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site nature, conditions and Quantum/ scope of work involved. Site inspection and uploading of report is mandatory. The bidder shall upload the site inspection report duly signed by departmental representative and Bidder. Without the site inspection report, the bid will be summarily rejected. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, ladders, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles and installation including all taxes (except EPF and ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The Workers employed for the work still strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per safety code. 4. The contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970. Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employee State Insurance Act. Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5. Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF and ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ Central Government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF and ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor The Bidder should not consider EPF and ESI in his rates.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, including all bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. and stacking the dismantled/removed structural steel members within 150metres lead as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling/ careful removal of barbed wire including G.I. hooks,nuts, washers, fixing rods etc. in fencing over compound wall including making rolls and stacking within 100 metres lead as per specification & direction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of damaged portions of RR/ CR Masonry wall in cement/lime mortar manually at all floors / locations (in foundations, plinth, superstructure) without damaging adjacent wall including necessary scaffolding, stacking the serviceable materials, disposing off the debris within a lead of 100m etc. complete with cost of labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the Plain cement concrete works/ very nominally reinforced concrete without damaging the adjoining areas by chiselling at all levels/floors including disposing off the debris within a lead of 150mtrs.& lift of 2.50mtrs. etc. complete with cost of labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation in trenches or drains, foundation in all kinds of soils, other than hard and soft rock not exceeding 1.50m in depth including consolidating the foundation bed, dewatering, shoring etc., and disposing off the surplus earth within a lead of 200m complete with cost of labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved local stone in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints or simultaneous flush pointing above ground level / plinth level curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding if necessary all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 stone aggregate) using 20mm size stone aggregate at all floors and locations including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface, centring & shuttering etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) of grade M-20 (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixture of approved brand and quality(plasticisers/super plasticizers) weigh batching, mechanical mixing ,transportation, placing, vibrating, consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge .For upto plinth level.

Providing centering and shuttering using plywood boards including strutting and propping etc., at all floors and heights in foundation and superstructure and removal of the same, for insitu reinforced concrete or plain concrete work for lintels, slabs and shelves etc., including close hacking of exposed concrete surfaces complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, curing, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub structure- in foundations and plinth.

Super structure- for Coping, levelling course and grouting angle etc.

Providing reinforcement steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules,cutting,bending, transportation,fixing,tieing in position with PVC coated G.I. binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. using TMT bars of specified grades of all dia.

Providing, fabrication & erection of structural steel using of M.S Angle/ pipe/ tubes/flat iron/ channel/ plates etc. at all floors, heights and locations conforming to IS standards shall be of approved make, cutting to required size, shape fixing/welding to existing MS angle over compound wall , painting with zinc rich primer of approved make at different levels/heights including with all necessary scaffolding complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 2 ply, 12 gauge , 4 spikes at 75mm c/c, G.I. barbed wire to M.S. Angles posts & concertina coil over compound wall in lines, levels and with required tension including decoiling, stretching, and tieing with Hog rings/H.T. fasteners/G.I.U. clamps/G.I. staples etc. complete with cost of fixing materials, labour, scaffolding tools & plants etc all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of concertina coil 600/ 610mm dia over compound wall having 60 spiral per 6m length (spirals @ 100mm c/c) with wire of 2.5mm dia, H.T. spring steel wire and razor barbs 0.5mm thick in lines, levels and with required tension, including decoiling, stretching and tying with Hog rings /HT fasteners complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing 20mm thick Cement plastering for external walls in two coats backing/under layer coat 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4,and finished with top layer 8mm thick in cement mortar 1:3,including approved waterproofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding upto 10metres height, finishing,curing etc. complete with the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants etc., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing FLUSH pointing on stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3 using river sand including sieving of sand to required fineness, finishing, curing etc. complete with the cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants etc., as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Erection of Barrication using old and serviceable GC sheets & condemned drill rods of assorted size including erection of vertical poles along with necessary excavation and grouting, horizontal bracings and fixing of GC sheets with GI wire up to a height of 3.0m. including the cost of all materials such as binding wire, bolts&nuts (but excluding the cost of Old and serviceable GC sheets & condemned drill rods will be supplied by the department at free of cost), labour, scaffolding tools & plants etc all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1.The materials viz. GC sheets & condemned drill rods which were supplied by department at free of cost are the property of the department and they shall be handed over to the department after completion of the work. 2.The material required for a length of 10.0m (approx) will be supplied by the department and the barricading shall be on make & move basis.

Repair of cracks in stone masonry wall including filling the cracks with modified mortar, fixing of the Torsteel / TMT bars with grouting materials across the crack at all levels and locations complete with cost of material, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing modified mortar and filling of cracks with modified mortar made of cement mortar 1:3 mixed with Nitobond SBR (Latex) 7lit per 50kg cement or approved SBR latex as specified by manufacturer's specification including making groove of 15x40mm or 20x30mm size as per site requirement along the crack,supplying , and applying bonding slurry coat of 1 volume NITOBOND SBR of Fosroc to 1 volume water to 3 volumes fresh cement or approved equivalent make bonding agent as per manufacturer's specification in the groove after thorough cleaning of groove.

Anchoring/Fixing of the Torsteel / TMT bars ties with grouting materials across the crack in cement mortar joints of masonry consisting of following works: I. Drilling of 16mm or required dia holes to a depth of minimum 150mm in cement mortar joints of stone masonry using electrical drill machine. 2.Cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt, etc . 3. Making tie rods with "L" shape bends on both the sides of Torsteel / TMT bars of required length. (Weight of Torsteel / TMT bars shall be measured under Item no. 11) 4.Supplying and anchoring the tie rod in the holes with epoxy based polyester resin grout material of approved make. Note: Payment shall be made for each Tie. Each Tie will have two ends anchoring.

Disposal off debris out side the premises including loading, unloading, transporting, depositing and levelling at the approved Municipal dumping yard(to be identified and dumped at the risk and cost of contractor) all complete with cost of transportation charges, labour charges, tools & plants and royalties if any all as per specifications and directions of E-I-C. Note: For arriving net quantity, deduction towards voids @ 30% from the corresponding stack/truck measurements will be made.

Providing and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel structure of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat including preparation of the surface , scaffolding complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
