Supply & conveyance of 50 KVA Diesel Generator set with integral acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms with standardised accessories as per technical details given below. 1. Engine a) Make of Engine - Cummins Powerica/Greaves cotton/KOEL b) Type of Engine - Diesel Engine c) No. of Cylinders - As per manufacturer's standards d) Method of Cooling - Water cooled with radiator e) Design - Suitable for generating set operation 2.Standard accessories with Diesel Engine a) Fly wheel to suite flexible coupling b) Close Coupling c) Air cleaner d) Radiator with fan provided with fan guard e) Fuel Pump f) Fuel filter g) Lubricating oil filter h) Exhaust silencer i) Exhaust Muffler j) Battery Charger/Generator 3. Engine Instrument Panel with the following items a) Starting switch with key or button b) Lubricating oil pressure gauge. c) Water temperature gauge. d) RPM Indicator with hour meter e) Battery charging Ammeter 4. Safety Controls for Engine a) Trip for low lubricating oil pressure b) Trip for high water temperature.

Brushless Alternator a) Make - Kirloskar/KEL//Stanford/LS b) Type - Self exited and self regulated. c) Capacity - 50 KVA/40 K W @ 0.8PF d) System of Voltage - 3 phase, 415V, e) Frequency - 50 Hz f) Insulation - Class F/H The Alternator should confirm to IS 4722. Operation and service manual, spares and tools shall be provided. 6. Fuel Tank Suitable size built in type integrated with the acoustic enclosure Fuel connection shall be done as per standards 7. Battery Suitable size built in type integrated battery with leads and terminals of appropriate AH capacity as per Manufactures requirement. Automatic Battery charger Solid state phase indication lamp for supply ON/OFF with HRC protection . 8. Generator Control Panel Dust tight, vermin proof GCP falling to IP43 category fabricated out of 16 / 18 SWG CRCA Sheet Steel painted as per standards of the following specifications ( All switches shall conform to conforming to IEC 60947-2 standards).

The Panel shall be provided with Engine Controller unit suitable for integration to AMF Relay system, suitable rating MCCB/MCB with O/C & S/C Protection as recommended by OEM, TPN best conductivity busbar with SMC supports, heat shrinkable sleeves etc. capable to handle generator full load current, Suitable rating Class 1.0 Metering CTs per phase as recommended by OEM, multifunction / induvidual meters to read current in each phase, line to line and phase voltages, frequency, energy generated (Wh) per phase and cummilative, hours of operation, powerfactor status, RYB Phase indicators ( LED Pilot type ) with suitable rating control MCB including all necessary control wiring etc. complete as per standards. (Note : - The GCP shall meet all the statutory requirements complied with the Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate)
