Installation of High Mast Light

Supplying of Hexagonal GI pole of 4 mm thickness for 9 Mtr Length with 14 mm baseplate in C.C. foundation as to G.S.

Erection of Hexagonal GI pole over C.C. foundation as per direction of EIC.

S&F 40 mm. dia round steel arm bracket as per approved specification on head of 9 mtr.Hexagonal pole.

Supplying of 150Wt. LED street light fittings (Like Hevels-JETAIRISFL150WLED757ARNBLTG/Philips/Cromton Make) on arm bracket of 9 Mtr. Hexagonal pole incl. making necessary electrical connection.

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure

Supplying 1.1 KV grade 4 core 10 sq.mm. PVC/Al armoured cable .

Laying of one cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Earthing with 50mm. dia G.I Pipe 3.64 mm. thick x 3.04Mtr long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mtr. Long) 13mm. dia x 80mm (long G.I. bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm. dia G.I. Pipe protection (1Mtr long) to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level & party above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65Mtr. Below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed & as below. (a) For Soft Soil, By ISI Midium G.I. pipe.

Supplying of Auto Street light control unit consisting of 1 no time switch suitable to switch on and off , 1 No. 5 Amp. Switch for manual operation assemble on a suitable chassis and housed in a 14 SWG 14” x 12''x 6’'M.S. Box with locking arrangement from both inside and outside. The unit should be suitable for pole mounting, wall mounting and of outdoor type.
