The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of tempered steel with 25 mm nominal dia of spikes, at an angle of 90 deg(2 way active), spacing between spikes not more than 120 mm from centre of spikes , 120 mm to 125 mm minimum height of the spikes measured from top of the foundation frame to top of the barrier inclusive of top road plate, Operation time-1 to 2 second, frequency of operation minimum 200 cycle per hour(100% duty cycle), minimum 50 ton of axle load bearing capacity for moving vehicle, local control panel with control & logic circuit system including integration with central control panel, IP66 whether proof hydraulic power unit (HPU) with electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump, self-priming self-sump pump, safety interlock detector to prevent the tyre killer from being accidentally raised, power off operation system for minimum 3 full cycle operation , manual operation system with hand pump, suitable to work on 230V / 415V, 50Hz AC supply including all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, fixing of the Spikes systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 100 Meter) and interconnection,submission of routine test,type test,site acceptance test report in support of technical specification i/c local control panel with control & logic circuit system with required hardware,integration with local control panels of existing tyre killer system as detailed in technical specification etc complete as required as per the technical specification of contract agreement .
