Loading and Unloading Lime, Aggregate, Stone Boulder, Brick Aggregate, Kankar, Building Rubbish, Crushed Slag, Stone for Masonry Work by Mechanical Means Loading of Earth, Sand, Moorum, Manure, Flyash by mechanical means including a lead upto 30 m. Unloading of Earth, Sand, Lime, Moorum, Aggregate, Stone Boulder, Brick Aggregate, Kankar, Building Rubbish, Manure, Crushed Slag, Flyash, Stone for Masonry Work by mechanical means.

Haulage of materials by tipper excluding cost of loading, unloading and stacking Case-II: Unsurfaced Gravel Road lead upto 5 KM

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401 For All Rajasthan except Bikaner, Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar For Grading III Material

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a fully automatic computerised batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cement as per Clause 602, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in fully automatic Computerised Batching Plant compatiable with Printer and Pen Drive and transported to site in transit mixer for having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid with a Fixed Form Paver (laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene Film and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 with all required equipments (Dowel Bars & Tie Bar will be paid seprately).
