CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING AND PERIODICAL SERVICES TO OTM/OFFICES AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT AF STN KALPI, BAKNAUR, RAJPURA AND PATIALA AND REPAIR TO PATH, HARDSTANDING, DRAINS, BOUNDARY WALL FENCING, SEWAGE LINE AT KALPI UNDER GE (AF) AMBALA

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, Grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel plain black 1.25mm thick sheet in steel gates and similar work , cut to size, fixed to steel framing gates with plain 40mm lap joint with welded or riveted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No 4.00 here-in-above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in beds of surface channels & drains including smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel in inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls build in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or sturcts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good in concrete portion disturbed concrete ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes for soft and loose soil (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50M and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for steel screw bolts of 5 to 10mm dia of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS work in angles iron post & struts in fencing including iron flats cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire incl all necessary drilling bolts or rivetting & similar work confirming to Fe- 290-0 or grade E 165 and flat iron 40x6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars 8mm to 10mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new/old or previously untreated surfaces of steel or metal works and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or inner surfaces of drain and on brick work in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces fair and even smooth without using extra cement including taking down if required as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster on brick wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- (a) After applying the under coat of 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered. (b) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement on brick wall/concrete surface including taking down old plaster complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any size, over a coat of primer by auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE.

M&L for preparing of new steel / metal surfaces of any description viz. fencing, angle iron posts on security walls, roof trusses, purlins, rafters, etc. over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including all necessary staging, scaffolding, safety precautions, etc. as required to work at heights, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on any surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by scrapping down, filling with putty (JK wall putty/Birla white) all holes and cracks,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chipping and removing all loose / spalling out concrete including loose plaster from old surfaces of RCC wall, Columns, bands, beams, chajja and similar RCC work, and providing one layer of guniting, cleaning the exposed steel by sand blasting and providing and welding new reinforcement (if required and directed) to old steel and applying two coats of anti-corrosive zinc chromate paint (both on old and new steel), applying one coat of epoxy based adhesive over exposed surfaces to receive guniting, including supplying and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of size 1.40mm nominal dia average width of aperture 12mm and binding with 22gauge binding wire with reinforcements or with stainless steel staples and pressure guniting the surface with CM 1:3 with average thickness 35mm with equipment as per IS: 6433-1972 and IS:9012-1978 and then rendering the surface in 10mm thick CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding and staging and rubbishing off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including clearing off premises, and through the demolished materials as directed, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepolished 60 mm thick rubber moulded double glossy coloured designer interlocking tiles made of M-35 design mix concrete of approved design and shape laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioning with the crushing strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqm laid over 25 mm thick sand cushioning including dismantaling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base flooring rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate ) as in bonding/locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered on edges and threating including necessary form work,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete prepolished colour tiles 30 cm x30cm x 25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor using grey cement with pigment.including 20 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 over including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/ plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out , returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50M and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in cover slabs, removing debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces / portions in existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe any type set in cement mortar/embedded in concrete including concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 100m and depositing where dire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in cover slab for man holes, drains, soak wells, and similar articles, set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including necessary formwork and chamfering, weathering, throating, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per BOQ srl item No. 45.00 here-in-before , but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

S & F in repair for RCC pipes class NP-2, 200mm dia laid and jointed in CM 1:2 complete with collars as required complele all as specified and directed.

M&L for concreted bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sided of pipe after they are laid in slope and tested for 150mm bore sewer line complele all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 to 200mm bore, double socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed in walls all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for cutting into existing man holes for connecting new drain pipe of any bore SGSW pipe/PVC Pipe incl making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and rough, complele all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe 410W (grade-E 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for desilting of sewer lines of 150mm bore, by removing either by mechanical or manual means, the existing slush/hardened silt/sludge/ any other hardened debris accumulated over a period and in foul conditions (debris like concrete pieces, stone boulders, hardened lime, etc.) including taking out these materials through existing manholes/openings with a lift upto 2m, transportation and depositing at a point within a lead exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m, spreading, dressing and leveling the heaps to a level not higher than 1m level including all tools, tackles, equipment, labour, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cleaning the septic tanks in use of capacity upto 50 -100 users by taking out complete slduge including sludge water & solids if any, mechanically by HCV mounted suction/discharge machine having blow back facility with sludge tank not less than 6000 ltrs capacity removing & disposing the entire retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr outside the periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge with local sand /earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of manholes by taking out complete sludge water solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc complete by manually or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and refixing the same after cleaning size of mahholes upto 750x750mm and depth upto 750mm complete all as specified and directed

All as per BOQ srl item No 55.00 here-in-above but size of mahholes upto 1000x1000mm and depth upto 1000mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern by auto roller of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Note: (i) Sample of camouflaging pattern to be approved by GE/user as per user requirement. Pattern to be followed, will be given by the user.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ of 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down complele all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 15 mm thick Rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including taking down finished even and smooth without using extra cement complele all as specified and directed..

M&L for rendring 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling surface including taking down complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply only Dr fixit integral water proofing compound /liquid etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Prepration of new plastered surface of any description and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling by auto roller complete all as pecified and diected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any size, over a coat of primer by auto roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement by GE.
