S&F Second class hard wood factory made kiln - seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as directed.

S &F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc., more than than 10 mm and upto 40mm and filling the cracks by using flexible, 2 pack, poly sulphide sealants like Berger home shiels Joint seal GG/PG (Berger make or equivalent) and allowed to dry, complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 20 to 40 mm from columns, beams and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc and washing with clean water with pressure and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50 M all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, including necessary scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:2.5) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR per bag of cement in ceiling surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers surfaces over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr) water + 3 kg cement) applied as per manufacturers instructions. Note:- SBR latex chemical will measured and paid separately under item No. 98

The SMC panel should be embedded in existing wall by making alteration by required cementing work. Taking down existing submain wiring and M&L for submain wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable drawing in and including PVC casing caping of suitable size complete including provision of 6 Sq mm copper unsheathed cable PVC insulated as earthwire connected to earth doll inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers etc all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking up existing Cable and Supply, laying, testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC innersheathed galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty LT UG electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 Sq.mm, 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply and lay 50 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/ cm2, laid in trenches as cable protection with all fittings complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate as electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected using galvanized iron earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead wire protected by Gl light grade pipe 15 mm bore, including provision of concrete pit of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, char coal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point, complete all as specified including testing on completion.

Taking down and refixing the same after repair work an electric meter in poly carbonate body with LCD display in glass optical port and box.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipe line, cable etc and getting out in .soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.
