Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with timber planks

Providing 40 × 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm longincluding fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts,nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cementconcrete block 30 × 10 × 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement :3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing glazing of approved quality in aluminium doors, windows, ventilator, shutters and partition etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) :- 16.3.1 With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.0 kg / sqm )

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes

Finishing with epoxy paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-On steel work.
