Fencing:Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by Manual/mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer incld.cutting of trees, removal of tree stumps and dewatering of trenches during execution of work.

Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

Excavating,Supplying and filling of Local Earth (including Rpyality) by mechanical transport upto lead of 5 km incld ramming ,watering of the Earth in layers not exceeding 20 Cm in trenches ,Plinth ,sides of foundation etc Complete.

Supplying and filling of good earth including digging earth carrying by Mechanical Transport , placing, watering, dressing and ramming in layers not over 200mm thick and consolidation with PRR of 8-10 ton capacity including carriage of earth from approved source of supply to site of work complete including Royalty and all carriages.

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance ofthe lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing includingsupplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) In rows 5 cm apart in either incld all carriages complete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.
