Preventive, Routine & General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance and Providing Assistance in Operational Work alongwith other associated Works at 400/220KV Sub Station Bareilly under Electy. 400KV Sub Station Division, Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020 as per Details below : (1) Providing Assistance in Operational Work of 400/220KV Sub Station Bareilly, Round the Clock in 3 Shift of 8 Hours each Per Day by Deploying 2 No. Skilled Helper to Assist the T.G. - II on Duty in each Shift (Total 4 No. Shifts; 1 No. Shift being on Rest per Day) for due Operation of the Sub Station Equipments, Transformers including DG Set etc. as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M), as per Details in Annexure - A, during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020, with all Cost of Men Required for the Job. (1 Job for each Month)

(2) Preventive, Routine and General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance of the Transformers, Outdoor / Indoor Equipments, Control & Relay Panels, RTCC Panels, ACDBs, Battery Chargers, DCDBs, Battery Sets etc., Indoor & Outdoor Lighting Arrangement etc. at 400/220KV Sub Station Bareilly, as per Details in Annexure - B, Round the Clock and / or as and when Required by a Team Consisting of the Following Technical Personnel as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M) during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables etc. Required for the Job except the Spares / Items / Materials / Equipments, that shall be Provided by the Department. (1 Job for each Month) : (a) T.G. - II (Experienced I.T.I. in Electrical Trade) : 2 No. (b) Line Man / Fitter / Technician (Experienced) : 4 No. (c) Skilled Helper (Experienced) : 4 No.

(3) Preventive, Routine and General / Normal Maintenance and Operational Work of Mulsifire & Fire Hydrant System and 140KVA D.G. Set installed at 400/220KV Sub Station Bareilly, as per Details in Annexure - C, Round the Clock and / or as and when Required as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M) during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables etc. Required for the Job except the Spares / Items / Materials, that shall be Provided by the Department. (1 Job for each Month)
