M&L cutting out the burnt winding of all the three phases of stator, for submersible pump set of capacity 3 to 5 HP, taking out burn out copper wire by cleaning the slots properly, re-winding the three phases with original gauge, super enamaled the copper winding wire including insulating material i.e. varnishing, cotton tape, insulating paper, sleeves drying the winding with required temperature re-assembling the rotor and stator after cleaning and dusting of rotor to remove the settled dust particles complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the single stage split casing centrifugal pumping set / Monoblock pumping set, 40 to 60 HP (any make), separating from sunction, delivery pipeline, electrical connection etc. dismantling the same for overhauling, repairing and replacing the unserviceable spare parts such as gland, packing, bearing bush, washer etc. Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with proper colour codes and writing letters of SM No. and MES No. etc. and installing, making connection suction and delivery side with necessary new packing material, nut bolt etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of new spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under Sl item No. 43 to 51.

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick PVC moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 40 mm thick compacted sand cushion as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed..(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of sand cushoining).

Pumping out the water from under ground sump of size 24.80x16.45x5.30 m and capacity 2,00,000 Gallons and remove sludge / mud thoroughly, clean entire portion of sump by scrapping with wire brushes, broom and wash out by flushing clean water and drain out, clean entire inner portion of sump by bleaching powder, and apply one coat of white wash on inner surfaces of sump, at Pump House No.1 including marking the Date of cleaning, due date for next cleaning and capacity of sump etc with painting complete all as specified. Note for Sl item No. 100 to 105: i) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for Pumping out the water from Sump including T&P and necessary safety measures for cleaning of sump. ii) Job is to be carried out in one day.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate as electrode 600x600x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected using galvanized iron earth lead strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI earth lead strip protected by Gl light grade pipe 40 mm bore, including provision of concrete pit of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 100 mm C/C both ways and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 2 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, char coal and common salt filling test point made out of 40x8 mm flange with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point complete all as specified including testing on completion and including taking down existing earthing complete.
