Total Project Cost for  Annual Maintenance of Property Tax, Water and Estate Application software for NMC  Re - Platforming , Upgradation , Updation and Modifcation of the Existing Software as when directed by NMC  Implementation of new changes in the application software as and when any new Business rules and deployment, logic processes etc. comes into effect.  Development of new forms & reports of various modules as needed from time to time as required by the NMC  Tuning and code changes for optimal performance.  Module Version Control of both Intranet and Internet Application Software.  Debugging & fixing of problems arising in the running applications.  Migration of Old Legacy Data in to the Property Tax and Water Tax Software as and when directed by NMC  Estate - Demand Register Generation per year of all division Market wise, and Total Division Market. Which include Summary of Opening and Closing balance, Change in Name, Rent Updation, Close Market, History Sheet, All Notice, as per required by the NMC.  System and user documentation of both Intranet and Internet Application As per the scope of work mentioned in the Tender along with appointment of Min. One Senior Software Developer and 2 Asst. software Developers dedicated for NMC only with qualifications as given in the detail tender (Payment will be proposed as per Schedule of Payment Given in the Tender)
